Politics

‘A week is a long time in politics’ (Harold Wilson, 1954).

Despite saying this more than half a century ago, Harold Wilson’s words could not be more relevant today. Politics is lively and controversial, constantly evolving and shaping our world and yet rooted firmly in institutions and ideas that predate many of the issues debated in parliaments across the world today.

You might not be able to change the world by taking politics, but you can be sure that you’ll have a greater understanding of the world around you today.
