Chemistry
Chemistry is the study of materials, their properties and reactions. The course fully explores these chemical behaviours in three main areas:
- Inorganic Chemistry is firmly based on the periodic classification of the elements.
- Organic Chemistry develops themes on structure, synthesis, analysis and reaction mechanisms.
- Physical Chemistry includes atomic structure, chemical bonding and structure, energetics and equilibria.
